This nice 2Bedroom & 2Bathroom apartment is located in the heart of Old Town (Zona Romantica) 3 flat blocks to the popular beach Playa los Muertos and the famous Malecon. It is centrally located and convenient walking distance to everything. Just one block from restaurant row and galeries - on Basillio Badillio, and only one block from the local area supermarket, 3 blocks to river museum and market area.

This clean and comfortable 2BR 2BA includes: air conditioning, (mini splits) cable television, WIFI Internet, seiling fans, and is furnished with high quality furniture and huge closets in both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped to include everything you will need for meal preparation and service; all appliances, utensils, pots/pans, etc are provided. Both bedrooms have king-size beds and all linens and towels provided. Maid Service once a week. It does have a small balcony to the street with a coffee table and a grill for barbecues (special request). It is located on a secure neighborhood.

We are a NON Smoking building

Our building has 2 apartment, each one private and the one that is currently available for vacation rentals is apartment # 1. (12steps from street level, )

We are a family building, I'm currently living in the second apartment, second floor, with my wife and 7 years old girl and a 3 years old boy, we have 2 friendly dogs (we are pet Friendly so if you wish you can bring you pet as well)
