The Barbizon (530 Ocean Drive, South Beach 33139) has long been one of the best Hotel Alternatives in South Beach and is perfectly located between 5th and 6th Street, right on Ocean Drive.

Spacious and one of the largest Studio Floor Plans in the building. Rare QUIET apartment on Ocean Drive.

Out the front door are the many restaurants, bars and people watching that makes South Beach one of the most desirable places to visit in the World. And just across the street is South Beach itself.

The Building itself is very well maintained, clean and secure. Coin operated Washer and Dryer are available on each floor; and a Receptionist is available during the day Monday through Friday.

The Unit I offer is on the second floor at the back of the building. It is quiet and bright, with a view to the West, blue skies and a few small shops on 6th Street. And with its location toward the corner of 6th Street, it is also private, so guests can leave the Curtains open and not have to be concerned with neighbors looking in to the Unit.

The Studio includes free WiFi, Cable TV, Cd/iPod/Radio, and all the small things that make a trip from home more comfortable-Iron/Ironing Board, Hair Dryer...and a Full Kitchen with all the basic Appliances-Refrigerator, Oven/Stove, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Kettle, Toaster, Dishes, Cups, Utensils, etc.

There is 1 Queen Bed and 2 Sofa Beds.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They were terrific. The place is great and you cannot beat this location. I recommend this to anyone!! We'll be back next year.
