Matira Beach House is beautiful, newly listed and rare Beach front Vacation rental located on Matira's world famous white sand Beach in Bora Bora. This vacation rental boasts 2 beautiful bedrooms (A/C), 2 baths, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and an outside terrace. While you are in the outside Terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view relax and have a calm dinner, after a long day at the beach. Free WIFI connection will make sure that you are still tethered to the rest of the world if you wish to or not. One of the truly special and peaceful moments of the day is seeing the sunrise from the master bedroom, prepping you for the adventures ahead!

A rental car is almost unnecessary as you have all the conveniences within walking distance (upon your arrival we would suggest taking the Vavau 4x4 adventures tour to get a good overview of the island). Sitting adjacent to the 5 star Intercontinental Le Moana Resort and Spa, it is a short walk on the beach to take advantage of the hotels amenities. Or a short boat shuttle to their signature Award winning Spa at the Intercontinental Thalasso Resort and Spa .Two of the Top restaurants in Bora Bora are also within the vicinity (less 500 yards) along with a well-stocked convenience store, and some small boutiques for souvenirs! All restaurants on the main island of Bora Bora will pick you up with their free shuttle, so just give then a call for reservations. Experience a selection of activities that will surely keep you busy during your stay, or you can just hangout on the beach take a swim and enjoy taking the time to see the day pass by!

We will arrange a pick up for you to and from the Vaitape dock free of charge when you arrive, and we will have an on island contact that can take care of any questions or needs you may have!

We will not be there while you stay in Bora Bora, our Neighbors are the caretakers of the house and will have the door open with the keys for you. When leaving just leave the house unlocked with the keys inside the house.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Heirama (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
