This newly built luxury Villa is a perfect example of the functioning symbiosis between the laid-back Mediterranean flair & history, and modern perfectionism.

Villa Ancora is situated in the most noble and green district of Dubrovnik- Lapad. It lies in a calm neighborhood, far away from all the street traffic and hassle, and although it is protected by the trees of a surrounding forest, it offers an incredible view over the Gruž Harbor and the monumental Franjo Tuđman Bridge.

The Villa Ancora has two floors, the ground floor has 2 double bedrooms, both including a separate bathroom (with shower & Bidet, 1 with Jacuzzi), and 2 bedrooms containing 2 single beds. 2 additional rooms for cloths and cleaning are also situated on this floor. The first floor has a large living room, with modern leather ensemble and a fully equipped kitchen including a large table with space for up to 8 people. An additional toilet for guests is also implemented on this floor. The terrace, which is on the same level as the first floor, offers a welcome enrichment during hot summer days- a swimming pool with showers, and a table with additional seats for relaxation. Grilling utilities are also available!

The closest sand-beach and a shopping centre are located only 5 minutes walking distance away from the Villa. A walk to the Old-town also takes only 20 minutes, while public transportation is also suitable with buses driving every 10 minutes.

The villa is perfectly situated - the closest beaches, supermarkets, restaurants etc. are all within 10 minutes walking distance. The old town is also only a 10 minute bus-drive away. There is an ample amount of maps available in the villa, and we can also help you with finding your way around Dubrovnik!

Interaction with guest

We live nearby and are (almost) always there to help with any issues. In case you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your luggage with us and start exploring the city!
