Description

This classic craftsman bungalow sits just two blocks from the entrance to Seabright Beach, the best beach in Santa Cruz. In a neighborhood laid out in the 1880s, this early 1900s home marks the transition from beach shack to beach house.

This beach house has three bedrooms and two baths (tubs/showers in each). Hardwood floors throughout the house provide warmth and richness; eco-friendly marmoleum is soft under foot in the bathrooms.

The kitchen sports a granite counter and is stock with all the basics: fridge, stove range with oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and pots and pans. Also, a washer and dryer are provided.

Large public rooms such living, dining and kitchen afford comfortable space. Living room has a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi is provided as well. The bedrooms (with two queen beds and one full bed) provide tranquil retreat after enjoying the beach and exploring the area.

The large porch is great for lounging while watching beach goers come and go.

We absolutely love this place! Very clean & inviting. Close walk to the beach and boardwalk. Close to some wonderful restaurants. We will certainly be staying here again.

The house was OK for three ladies staying there.Comfortabie and close to everything they needed.coffee pot was needed but everything else OK

Response from the owner Thank you for your review, as I recall you had rented our home for your friends back in January earlier this year when we had a big storm blow through, I am glad that that they were comfortable during their stay. We do provide an automatic coffee maker with filters, a french press and a tea kettle along with coffee, assorted teas, sugar, honey and creamer in the cupboard next to the kitchen stove unfortunately the ladies must have missed them.
