Duplex in the heart of Palermo Hollywood.

Lately this neighborhood has become one of the ¨coolest¨ districts of the city, offering a great variety of bars, gourmet and ethnic restaurants, design boutiques, art galleries and an active night life around Plaza Serrano and Plaza Armenia. This neighborhood owes its name to the presence of the main TV, radio and film making producer 's studios.

Building of only 16 exclusive apartments with swimming pool, solarium, laundry and belvedere salon.

Penthouse with balcony and roof terrace, with incredible views of the city.

Fully equipped: air conditioning, cold-heat in all rooms, Two LCD 32" LCD TV, stereo with bluetooth input for I-pod or telephone, safe, hairdryer, Wi-Fi and cable TV

Two comfortable bedrooms offers in the master a queen bed and in the second bedroomone queen bed or two single beads, as required, cotton sheets and quality pillow-top mattress. The master bedroom has a terrace with great city views. It has a dipping pool with heated water, for two people where you can watch the sunset.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay, including: Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave, electric kettle and fridge with freezer compartment, oven & stove top, pots & pans.

The apartment has a bathrooms and a toilette.

On the top floor of the building is a multi-purpose- room with a terrace, tables and chairs, also one level more by stairs you find a small pool with solarium

The rates include: Linens and towels, electricity, building fees, city taxes, cable TV, water, final cleaning service.

Area: 82 m2/ 882 feet2

Capacity: 4 passengers.

Early Check-In (before 2pm) or late Check-out (after 11am) are subject to the apartment being available and the extra cost is 60 dollars or we can arrange to store your luggage until 7pm (not Sunday) at no extra cost.

Smokers are kindly requested to smoke outside on the terrace or balcony.

No allowed: Youth groups and pets.

Unpleasant noises: quiet hours: from 1 pm to 4 pm and from 9 pm to 8 am. It is strictly forbidden to throw parties and/or to engage in loud activities in the property.
Guests: A maximum of 2 guests will be allowed in the apartment during the day,
Pool: the use of the swimming pool is restricted only to tenants.
Keys: take care of your keys, for the loss will be charged a fee of u$s 200.

Response from the owner I'm sorry you did not like the couch but the style is like that, it's soft and something low. In the whole area there are small bars and restaurants in the street, it is what gives character to the neighborhood, the apartment is on the top floor very high, you have a very sharp ear ! Cleaning is done thoroughly before each check in, keeping the apartment clean during the stay is at the guest's expense, I offered additional cleaning service but said not to need it. It is possible that you have been confused in the choice of the place, maybe you are guests for a luxurious hotel and a traditional neighborhood.
