Description

Our condo/apt is located in a gated secured 16 unit complex. It has a great view of the ocean which is only a 5 minute walk away. You can lounge under the Rancho or take a dip in the pool, both located a few steps from the condo. Our location provides the opportunity to experience the sights and sounds of Playa Samara, from watching the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets to listening to the Howler Monkeys and the rolling surf.

Las Palmeras # 5 Is on ground level and is the center of all access to the Las Palmeras grounds and amenties. The condo has a fully equiped kitchen and offers outdoor seating on the terrace for dining. The bedroom and bath are both spacious and extra sleeping is available on the futon/couch which has an additional memory foam mattress. Amenities include: a new air conditioning unit in the bedroom, updated 2019 wireless internet,, outdoor pool, laundry facilities, outdoor grilling, parking area and around-the-clock security.

Getting around

We personally rent bicycles around Samara. You can ride the public bus for a few colones. Pick up is right outside our gates. Or rent a vehicle or shuttle for adventures farther away.

Interaction with guest

Our property manager will assure access into our unit. There is staff 24 hours at Las Palmeras, and they will show you your unit. There is a listing of guidelines for renters inside the condo and in the hallway of the foyer of the complex. Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with our wonderful Las Palmeras. Las Palmeras easily adapts into a small community. But you can also find privacy in our unit and terrace. The lower unit stays fairly cool and with little need of an air conditioning. Electricity is an additional charge according to your use. It best to acclimate to the heat by not going from cold to hot. Drink plenty of water here in the tropics, you are 10° above the equator! How do damage deposits work?
