Description

This Mexican style town house is a fully furnished three level home with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms with marble floors throughout the unit. The first floor has a full kitchen, living area, eating area, a half bathroom and laundry area. On the second floor are two bedrooms with balconies, and two full bathrooms with showers. The upper level has the master bedroom, full bathroom and a large balcony overlooking a beautiful swimming pool.

Casa Ronda is located by the Marina. There are beautiful sailboats and yachts surrounding this beautifully landscaped complex.

You are just a ten minute walk to the Marina, where there are many great restaurants, shops, and outside cafes. To get to the beach, you are just ten minutes away and also to the golf course.

The Galleria mall is a ten minute walk, with many nice shops, six movie theaters, casino, many restaurants, and a gym. Walmart and Sam's Club is right next to the mall, plus another Casino!!

This is truly a secret paradise, for either a short or extended escape, to the tropical warmth of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Isla Iguana is a secure, quiet and gated community located next to the Marina.
