Description

Located in a lovely area of Niagara Falls, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located only 3.3 miles from Niagara Falls State Park.

The master bedroom with attached bath is located on the first floor and has a king bed. The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed. One of the rooms has a small sitting room attached that has a daybed for an extra guest. The other full bathroom is on the second floor.

On the first floor in addition to the master bedroom, is the kitchen, living room and dining room, and back hallway that leads to a screened in porch and the back yard.

The house is in the Deveaux area of Niagara Falls, a beautiful residential neighborhood, situated near Niagara University. The house is a 10-minute walk to the Whirlpool and Devil’s Hole State Parks and a 10 min. drive or 20 min. bike ride along the Gorge to the Niagara Falls State Park. Lewiston is also a short drive up the parkway and has many cute shops and nice restaurants.

The house is most easily accessed by car but the NFTA buses do run along Lewiston Road which is on the corner and goes to either Lewiston or to Niagara Falls.

The house has wi-fi throughout. There is a SmartTV and DVD player in the master bedroom, but there is no cable. There is a driveway for you to use to park your vehicle. Pets will be considered.

We are fully permitted and certified by the City of Niagara Falls that we meet all building and fire codes required to operate a vacation rental. Many listings in Niagara Falls are not legal, so be careful. Keep your family safe and be sure to book with those operators that can show you their permit and certificate of occupancy.

We recommend a car to get around as this is a residential neighborhood and there is not much withing walking distance.

Interaction with guest

Guests are given a key code prior to their arrival so they do not need to "make an appointment" to meet us with a key. We usually do not see our guests BUT we are very close by if they need us.

“Charming house in a charming neighborhood with fall colors just next door!!”
