This Ocean Side High-rise Condominium is located in the heart of Isla Verde. Puerto Rico's #1 tourist destination. The unit features a panoramic view of the city from the balcony. Isla Verde beach is right behind the condo. This 1 bedroom condo is fully furnished with 1 Queen size bed and a Full size sofa futon bed in the living room. It can sleep 4 people. It features a modern kitchen with appliances. Ideal for both light and heavy cooking. The modern bathroom is new. The condo has 2 very quiet ( mini split) remote air conditioners, a private pool for guest only, 1 exclusive parking space for peace of mind parking and 24 hour doorman/ security guard. Internet/ wifi accessible. Sorry no pets and/ or smoking allowed in condominium. Contact me for more information, bookings and pictures.

Response from the owner I'm glad you found the condo to be convenient and the parking space useful. To control moisture in the closet being that we are so close to the beach we leave a box of mothballs inside. Most guest don't mind it. The box could easily be removed and placed in the balcony.

How do damage deposits work?

If GABRIEL (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
