3 SUITES, OCEAN VIEW, 3 PRIVATE BATHROOMS, WI-FI INTERNET, WALK TO BEACHES (COPA & LEME) Very spacious 3 bedrooms apartment over 1250sq ft, located within 2 minutes walk to Leme and Copacabana beaches. Relax on the Rio beach with your crew or family for the best price.

You are close to shops, restaurants , nightlife and beaches. This property allows you to walk out and 2 minutes you are at the beach, choose Leme or Copacabana . Hard pick? Have a private bathroom for each bedroom is a huge plus. You see the ocean from the bedroom. Lots of natural light. Bedroom 1 - 2 single beds, closets and private bathroom, ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 - 1 queen size beed, closets , AC, and private bathroom. Bedroom 3 - 1 queen size bed , private bathroom and ceiling fan.

WI-FI INTERNET IS INCLUDED FREE OF CHARGE

CLEANING FEE ONE TIME R$ 120 (USD 60)

Damage deposit usd 600 paid cash upon arrival. Given back same currency that was paid.

By phone or email, I am ALWAYS available to my guests. I speak english, italian and a little french.

The location is the #1 selling point here, it is only two blocks from Copacabana Beach, close to grocery stores and many eateries, and very close to bus routes. The reasonable rate for 6 guests is #2… More

The apartment was large enough for our group, just by the copacabana beach. Several bathrooms made our stay easy!

The apartment has mold ( respiratory hazard), exposed wires (electrical shock risks), back up toilets, no hot water, noisy like an airport and taped up curtains. We moved to a hotel after the 1st nigh… More

Response from the owner The travellers whole issue was they brought a 3 month old baby to RIO!!! Never told me in advance there was a baby coming, I could have provided a special bed, they came in with more people than the apartment holds. blackmailed me for money to upgrade to a hotel. The pics clearly show the actual state of the apartment. Its extremely well located, has a great ocean view and priced accordignly to a budget option. Definitely a scammer, be aware owners !!
