Bon bini!- 3 bedrooms- 2 bathrooms- Kitchen- Pool- A/C in whole house- Wifi internet- Cable TV- Ford Explorer SUV (not including the price) This 1.600 square feet (150m2) Aruban style house, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lobby, living room and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, dining porch; it is built on a 13.000 square feet (1200m2) property and was built in 2006.The house welcomes you with a spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen. All of its well-designed family areas, big spaces and its high built wooden roof, encourage you the start a great vacation journey in a home-like and comfortable vacation house.The whole house is air conditioned (A/C), has wireless internet and cable T.V. Every service that comes with the house is included in the rent price, so you will not find small letters or additional fees to the published price.The Master bedroom has a comfortable King sized bed; it has its own private and modern bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet, perfect for a couple's well deserved private and relaxed stay. The wide window invites you to the beautifully displayed backyard, and lets some of the magnificent sunrise's rays of light in, to wake you up in the mornings to the gorgeous Aruban skies.There is another queen sized bed in the second bedroom; this room is perfect for another couple to share and enjoy. In the middle (and third) room, you will find two single beds with one organizer and closet; right between room number two and number three, is the second bathroom, with a beautiful glass wall shower.Each bedroom has its own A/C.The spacious backyard porch gives you an entire view of the lovely backyard. It is a great place to relax and enjoy a family breakfast or dinner.Walking into the middle of the backyard there is a large pool with a cocktail bar in it, the pool is accompanied by lounge beds.There is also a possibility to add a Ford Explorer SUV for a very reasonable price. This luxury car is fully equipped. Has space for seven adults, leather seats, automatic transmission, air conditioning A/C, parking sensors, DVD player in the back etc. The price is below the price of the car rental companies in Aruba. This car completes your vacation, check out the photos.The house is located on a central place in Aruba. An overview of the distance for most visited areas in town:- Hotel Area: 3.5 miles or 5.5 km (9 min)- Eagle Beach: 4 miles or 7 km (10 min)- Arashi Beach: 4 miles or 7 km (10 min)- Fishermen's Hut Beach: 3.5 miles or 5.5 km (9 min)- Down Town Oranjestad: 2.5 miles or 4.5 km (8 min)- Airport: 5 miles or 8 km (13 min)The backyard is shared with the owner. He has his own entrance and porch (patio). How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
