Description

Perfect vacation get-away! Cozy, comfortable cottage nestled between two Cape Cod beaches.

This 500 sf cottage is ideal for small family or couple. Two bedrooms, open living room/kitchen area, large back yard with clothesline, patio with charcoal grill, and private outdoor shower are all yours to enjoy. One bedroom offers two twin beds and the second bedroom features a full size bed. Interior bathroom with shower, and second, large shower outdoors on patio is fully enclosed.

Cottage is equipped with cable television, WiFi, and A/C. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans and and includes coffee maker, toaster and microwave.

Please note: sheets, bath/beach towels and beach chairs/other beach gear not provided, but can be easily rented. Please inquire if you need linen(s) or have other rental requirements, and we are happy to forward information. Finally, as much as we may love our four legged friends (and we do!), we just cannot accommodate them at the cottage. Thank You!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carole Ann (the owner) a message.

If Carole Ann (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
