Il palazzetto si trova in pieno centro storico in uno dei quartieri più antichi di Catania a 300 metri dal Monastero dei Benedettini, a 400 metri da Piazza Duomo e dal castello Ursino ed è facilmente raggiungibile dall’aeroporto (distante solo 5 km).

Nei dintorni ci sono diversi negozi, supermercati, ristoranti e il famoso mercato del pesce di Catania.

Elegant apartment in the historic center, just steps away from Piazza Duomo, in a historic building consists of two large rooms, bedroom + living room. The two rooms are large and bright (about 60 sq m) filled with elegant details, tastefully furnished, air-conditioned and equipped with every comfort. It is composed of a large and bright living room with kitchen and a comfortable dining area, Smart TV with free Netflix streaming, free wireless system, double sofa bed (first, bedroom) a large room with double bed (with possibility of additional single bed - second bedroom) and a stylish bathroom with shower.

The apartment has balconies and is ideal for families or groups of up to five people.

Are included bed and bath linens, use of light, water, gas and internet access.Is possible for all guests to use the roof garden from the second floor of the building.

A few meters from the apartment, you can park your car in a private garage at a cost of EUR 10 per night .

The apartment is located in the heart of the historical center of Catania, 5 minutes walking from Duomo square and Ursino castle.Nearby there are dozens of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the famous market "fish" with fish, fruit and vegetables in the city.The airport is only 4 km far from us ( easily to reach by ALIBUS ) and 1,5 km far from the central station.
