Situated in a spectacular strand location, this luxury 3 bedroom ground floor apartment sleeps five people and offers a tranquil and secure setting for the perfect holiday. It is approved by Northern Ireland Tourist Board (NITB) as four star self-catering accommodation.

It is located just yards from the blue-flag beach, a magnificent marina, championship tennis courts, the well-stocked Margy River and an 18-hole links golf course. A private and spacious patio with open aspect to the sea provides the perfect setting for those quieter moments. Suitable for young families and older guests alike, private parking is available and a welcome pack provided.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Emmet (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
