VillasDeRosa is located 65 miles south of the Cancun airport on the private bay of Aventuras Akumal. Satellite TV, purified water and daily maid services are all included. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, ceiling fans and AC. Each hotel rooms enjoys a private balcony, living area. Local or international meals can be catered to your room or enjoyed at our beach bar or pool side cafe. Our beach bar is conveniently open all day. The swimming pool has both a shollow and a deep end for all guests to enjoy. Aquatech, our on site PADI dive center, is available for reef diving, cenote diving and dive training. Aquatech is a pioneer in cave, cavern and cenote diving since 1984. Snorkeling is excellent just steps from your condo and deep sea fishing, sea kayaks and snorkeling gear are all available. VillasDeRosa provides private airport transfers and a great service so you can enjoy your very own Caribbean Holiday..

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
