Waterfront Vacation Rental
Vacation Cottage is Mendocino's premier property just 2 miles north of the Fort Bragg. This cottage is on 1 acre mostly taken up by sand dune visited daily by deer. It create a private get away with nature.The cottage is wheel chair accessible. There is camping & BBQ area. It is ten feet away Mac Kerricher State Park to explore walking trails, headlands and wetlands, sand dunes & lot's of beach front, fishing, seal & whale watching, & daily nature tours. We are in walking distance to Horseback Riding, Purple Rose Mexican Restaurant and a small grocery/gas store.

How do damage deposits work?

If Bob (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
