Romantic Villa apartment with balcony overlooking the park, not to be missed!
Located in Impruneta, a charming town on the edge of Chianti, Apartment Beatrice is a large studio apartment of 35 sq.m. consisting of:
• Room / living room with double bed, dining table with four chairs, kitchenette and washing machine
• Bathroom with shower
• Romantic balcony overlooking the park of the Villa.
Old terracotta floors and high hand decorated ceilings.
All furniture and paintings on the walls are antique and belong to our family collection.
Walls are thicker than 50 cm, as it was use in this kind of old building to ensure cool even in the hottest summers.
Apartment Beatrice is located on the second floor of our family property, Villa Saladini, a 16th century Manor Villa surrounded by olive groves and by a huge and beautiful park frequented by deer, squirrel and a huge variety of birds. In the garden you will find table and chairs and deck chairs to relax in the green.
The Villa is located less than 1 km from the town's main square and there is a bus stop for the nearby city of Florence (13 Km) in front of entrance gate.
The bus route is very convenient to go to Florence during the day and come back at dinner time. We will give you all timetables. (More info in the "Getting there" section).
We do our best to make our guests feel as if they were at home.
Upon your arrival we will welcome you with Florence and Chianti maps, tourist information including main museums opening hours, discount rates for nearby restaurants, list of wineries for wine tastings, bus timetables, etc.
In the hope of meeting all your needs, we have organized to offer various additional services on request: continental or international breakfast, home made dinner, car with driver for Chianti or sightseeing tours, wine tastings, professional cooking lessons (we have an agreement with a cooking school to have a professional chef teaching private lessons in the Villa kitchen), non professional cooking lessons (a good housewife knows how to make home made pasta :)), guided Florence tours with a professional guide, shuttle service... and many more.
If you are interested in something in particular, just ask and we will give you more details.
We will also go shopping for you, if you like, so that everything you need is already inside the apartment on arrival.
Villa Saladini is therefore the ideal place to relax surrounded by a beautiful environment, entering the atmosphere of Tuscan tradition but also an excellent base for visiting Florence, the fascinating Chianti area and the most beautiful towns in Tuscany. You will love it!

• Cooking lessons available on request. Each lesson lasts 4 hours and it is taught in the Villa by a professional chef.

THE STUDIO
The spacious room is very bright thanks to the large window overlooking Chianti hills and to the French door which leads to the balcony.
To the right of entrance there is a double bed, an armchair fin de siecle '800, a marble-topped nineteenth century nightstand and a dresser with hinged desk also fin de siecle '800.
Opposite the bed is a large rustic wardrobe of the early '900, with two doors and two big drawers.
At the center of the room there is a dining table with four comfortable wicker chairs, behind which there is the washing machine and the kitchenette.
On the left, after the French door there is a eighteenth century table with a lampshade on it.
KITCHENETTE
The kitchenette is located inside a cabinet with two doors that can be closed when not in use, so as to look like a closet.
Inside there is a small stove with two burners, a sink and a storage rack.
At the top there are two shelves for storing pots, dishes and food stocks.
Under the stove there is a small refrigerator.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and utensils in more than enough for two people.
If you will find something missing, just ask us and we will provide it!
BATHROOM
Bathroom with shower has been freshly renovated. It has a small window with a stunning view.

“Comfort and Italy Spirit”
Villa Saladini is a beautiful, quite place with big beautiful park. It is situated 12 km away from center of Florence and one km from center of Impruneta. Hosts are very helpful and kind. They also have some extra meals in their offer, which we strongly recommend. Apartment met all our expectations.
