“Central location and all the amenities you need”

We loved the close proximity to the 96 Tram. Cantini 2 has everything you need from tea/coffee, cooking, internet and washer/dryer. We did not get an opportunity to check out the pool, but next visit we would stay here and take the time to explore more.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment in Lombard Street ( next door to the Grand Chancellor Hotel, which was handy for pick ups ) The apartment had everything we required for our one week stay, shopping, free trams, restaurants and shows were only about 10 to 05 minutes walk away

First up it's a great location. Very convenient spot and easy to find. Everything you need is located nearby (walking distance). Instructions for arrival were very clear, so no problems getting in. Very happy with the off-street parking. Room has everything you need, made it a really enjoyable stay. Chris from StayCentral was very helpful. Will definitely recomend to friends and family.

Chris was very helpful in finding my husband (with our two small dogs) a place to stay while our house was being renovated. The apartment was small but well appointed, it was just a shame the previous visitor did not take care of it the same way that we did. Chris and his team were very helpful in sorting out issues relating to our preceding visitors in a timely manner and with little inconvenience to our stay.

Response from the manager It does make things difficult when a departing guest loses both sets of keys etc but we always try to sort out issues ASAP. You may not renovate again for a while, but send your friends to us for a discounted stay as referred guests. Chris

After initial problem of faulty remote to access garage was fixed (and with great efficiency from property manager Chris), thoroughly enjoyed stay here. Stylish apartment and terrific location. I travelled with two small dogs and although a 2nd storey apartment is not ideal for this, we managed fine. I'd be happy to stay here again when not travelling with my dogs. Michael.

“Comfortable and relaxing”

The apartment is very family friendly and I felt like a home. I cooked my own meal most of the days. The trasport in the surrounds are great with less than 2 minute walk to the tram line.

Response from the manager I have to agree with this guest. When a cleaner misses cleaning an apartment, and therefore doesn't enter the correct code on the key lockbox, making it difficult to access the apartment, I would not be happy either. That cleaning company has not been given any work with us since this booking. We did give this guest a large hamper as a gesture of apology, but the unheard-of, three-star rating from her was probably fair on this occasion, even though the rest of her three-week stay went perfectly well, and she thoroughly enjoyed herself in the apartment and in the location it was in.

Our stay at StayCentral St. Kilda was very enjoyable - Conveniently located close to the local cafe` scene, transport, and local attractions. Chris was very helpful, promptly providing advice and assistance throughout the course of our stay. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and contained all the facilities we required, particularly for a longer stay. Definitely recommended, especially for families looking for suitable holiday accommodation.

Stayed here for melbourne cup week, was brilliant! Fantastic location, walking distance to amazing shops and restaurants in St Kilda. Apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything you could need. Would definitely recommend to others

“Comfortable stay”

The service from booking to check out was very efficient. The home was well looked after and very comfortable. We would have loved a/C in the bedroom as we got the 40 degree days in Melbourne. The location was fantastic, very convienent with so many resturants and shops to choose from and public transport at your door. I liked the layout of the apartment but wished we had a better view. We would have liked to have some wine glasses to use but these are only minor things that did not spoil our experience. We enjoyed our stay.

Sorry about that.; there are normally about six in there. Bad timing re the 40 degree days. Lucky the Air-con unit is a good one. We were blown away by this lovely, modern one bedroom apartment in a fabulous location which was amazingly dog friendly! Security building with secure parking located just around the corner from dozens of restaurants & cafés & just a short walk down the road to St Kilda beach, Luna Park & shopping strip. We highly recommend this great apartment as does my happy doggie :) 10/10
