Behind its double security entrance you'll be delighted with your well-appointed apartment with its sunny, north-facing balcony. In the warmer months, you can enjoy the well-landscaped swimming pool, BBQ and surrounds!

This is a one-bedroom apartment: with a very comfortable, pillow-top queen bed, double sofa bed and single foldaway. There's also a cot and high chair available if needed. Don't forget to bring linen for the cot.

Getting around

Trams are only 120m away on the corner, and run frequently into the CBD and around St Kilda Point every 15 minutes or so.

Interaction with guest

Our office is remote to the apartment, but we are only a phone call, text or email away. We will be there to meet you at the apartment then you will have the whole apartment to yourself! We usually like to keep our interaction to a minimum so you can enjoy your stay in peace. However, we are always available if you need an advice or assistance regarding your stay. We generally check with you within 24 hours of arrival to make sure that everything is okay, but we are available by phone and email for extended office hours every day. A compendium with full instructions and local information is supplied in all of our apartments

We often stayed at this address when we felt like a nice break; because of the things you mentioned, but also for the quiet location, away from the chaos, but still close enough to walk to great shopping or restaurants in Acland St or Fitzroy St. Not many one-bedroom apartments have king beds, but it certainly is a bonus with this one. And although you didn't need to use the kitchen much, it really is well-equipped with everything you could need. The leafy aspect is also nice when sitting in the living area, or out on the balcony. I do hope that we see you again, as you clearly like this apartment so much.
