Laurel Estates is a community conveniently located on Highway 27 just 11 miles from the Walt Disney World Resort main entrance. Here you have easy access to all of the area attractions, dining, entertainment and shopping malls.

With the entrance to Champions Gate just across from Laurel Estates there are 3 premier 18-hole championship golf courses on your doorstep, one that has been designed the world famous Greg Norman. The Community also features its own communal pool which is just a stone’s throw from our home and an onsite children’s playground.

As you arrive at the home you will immediately be impressed by the versatility of its open plan concept, offering the optimum space and light that is designed to fit the modern lifestyle.

The sumptuous décor and the space that simply flows from the living room directly into the dining room and Kitchen in this exceptional and luxurious property makes it the ultimate holiday home for the more discerning clients. A home where you and your guests will never feel overcrowded.

THE LIVING ROOM is absolutely gorgeous, decorated in cool contemporary colours with sumptuous designer leather sofas, perfect for everyone to gather of an evening after spending time sampling the delights that Orlando has to offer and watch a film or ball game on the large flat screen television.
