Description

PALAZZO CATTLOICA is a private apartment very well located in the heart of the old city, in a magnificent and aristocratic palace whit a private imposing double courtyard: pretty much the perfect introduction to the decrepit grandeur of the historical center of Palermo.

Even though awaiting restoration, the wonderful staircase leading up to the apartment is very impressive with a headless classical statue. There are many stairs to climb to the apartment, but they are shallow, not tiring, and with such a glamorous old staircase, you barely notice the climb. "Despite the 134 steps to get here, the best kept secret of palermo!" (Irene)

The lovely, quiet and sunny apartment is tastefully decorated with many personal artistic touches, with plants and flowers and artistic paintings. "Every items has its history, life and perfect plan in it" (Elena). The apartment is a very haven of peace and you can fell at home!

From the sunny balcony and windows, you can enjoy of a vantage point of view above the lively town of Palermo. Stay in Palazzo Cattolica Art Apartment is a very adventurous and palatial experience!

The appartment is situated in a lively neighbourhood, in the city centre. We had some nice holidays, thanks a lot Antonio. Palermo is a beautiful city and the flat was superb!

Response from the owner It's a pain for my to know that my guest don't appreciate their stay in my apartment. Sincerely I never received any call or SMS from them. I know that no everybody can love the same things and have the same feeling whit the old atmosphere of the building, the quiet of the apartment and the craziness of the town. I'm really sorry for all misunderstanding (I explained very well in with area of the balcony it could be s possible to stay and relax, the scaffolding is a temporary and is necessary solution to restore one of the most important aristocratic building of the town). Believe me I try to do all my best but sometimes is not enough. I wish you to be more lucky next time whit you choice. Sincerely Antonio Inviato da iPad
