Description

The house is located on a quiet street in the heart of Herzlia Pituach. It was established over 40 years ago and has undergone several refurbishments in order to keep ist charm.

The Plot size is about 700 square meters big and has a big nice private swimming pool, which depth ranges from 1meter up to 2.20 meters. The Garden has different fruit trees with nice fruits. The pergula has a big table which is perfect for a nice evening BBQ in the garden.

The house sizes is 300 square meters fully furnished.

5 spacious sizes bedrooms each with working area and closets inside, Tv & cable option in every room. There are clean sheets and towels and beach towels provided. The house accomodates comfortably 10 people. Each room has ist separate air conditions plus a central one for the main areas.

3 bathrooms ( two of them with shower and/or bathtub), 2 of them ensuite, a total of 4 toilets.

There are a total of 4 Tv’s in the house, 3 of them big flatscreens.

The living room has 3 areas; Tv area with a big comfortabe couch corner and a big flatscreen Tv with cable connection, perfect for nice movie screenings. The main area opens up to the garden and has a designer couch set and is perfect for hosting. The open chimney with its big fauteuils makes a nice reading area.

Wireless internet connection is available in the whole house and garden. In order not to loose any working days, the house is perfectly equipped to be sitting in the garden, work over the internet and print, scan, copy everything needed on the all in one HP printer. And all this while the rest of your party is swimming in the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Incl. Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, dishwasher, 2 sinks.... There is a nice dining area in the kitchen and lots of storage place.

There is a washing mashine and separate dryer available.

The house also offers a private closed Garage which can also be used as storage.

How do damage deposits work?
