Last day was awesome the pictures that are posted on here does not give this cabin just the views are amazing and the nightly fireworks from the Dollywood were great great.

Response from the owner Once again we are very sorry for having to cancel your reservation for major maintenance issues. As we are a small company with only 9 cabins it is the first time we have had to cancel a reservation as we usually move them to one of our other cabins if needed. Unfortunately after being on phone with Trip Advisor the only solution was to cancel. I offered one of our smaller cabins at a discounted rate but guest was not interested. I also sent her other cabin company names and phone numbers. This was not cancelled just because but was unavoidable. We do apologize and hope she is able to find other accommodations.

We liked the place. It was clean. The beds were too high for older people. Once you got on them they were comfortable.

How do damage deposits work?
