Longboat Key Bargain on the beach. Our cozy get away on the beach is a favorite of many guests who enjoy the quiet beachfront. Just a simple beach hideaway for your next stay at the beach. It's a neat studio apartment with patio and sandy beach at your door. The full size galley kitchen supplies everything you need for simple meals. It's a short walk to the library, banks and beautiful Publix grocery store with a large wine department and wonderful deli....you never really need to cook!

Excellent location right on the beach. A true gem we were lucky to find! Updated unit. Kitchen could use a few utensils like hot pads but overall everything else was perfect.

It's hard to predict when a bulb will burn out and hard to store bulbs in each unit - different fixtures use different wattages and bases. And we should have provided 2 spare toilet rolls, if not our bad. It's like renting an apartment on the beach - it's all yours except for the daily maid service! I believe the title says it all. It was absolutely the best week we have spent anywhere. Watching sunsets just steps from the beach. The units are clean and have everything you could possibly want.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
