Description

The island of Lipari in Monte, from 2016 farmhouse in the typical Aeolian style with all the rooms overlooking the patio, ideal for two couples who want to maintain privacy but be close, so divided: master bedroom with bathroom shower room, second outer chamber made into the millstone of the house, kitchen with large stove, living room with mezzanine and shower room. Large covered terrace with sea views over the bay of Lipari and the islands of Panarea and Stromboli, both solarium on the roof terrace in the garden surrounding the house.

Equipment: wifi access, air conditioning and attic fan in a bedroom and in the living room, fan in the room / winery, microwave, TV with satellite decoder air channels, CD radio, hairdryer, iron, safe, barbecue , hammocks and sun loungers, external additional shower with hot water.

The house is from access driveway and the bus stop about 100 meters of concrete road passable only on foot or with a scouter.
