This beachfront apartment is perfect for your holiday due to its amazing location and character. It offers all the modern conveniences and luxuries you require, yet is steeped in history due to its setting in the old town of Menton. It offers stunning views of the beach, bay, port and Italian coastline.

All local amenities are within walking distance - just minutes from restaurants, shops, local markets, train station, etc.

Located just 15 minutes from Monaco, 30 minutes from Nice and just 5 minutes from Italy! This is the perfect base to enjoy all that this beautiful town and region has to offer.

Accommodation is for 6 people in 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin room). It has a large living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (recently renovated with all new appliances – dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer, etc.) and a unique terrace.
