The two bedroom Deniz and Derin villa and cottage is detached and stands in its own gardens. Deniz Villa two-minutes walk from the Fethiye-to-Olu Deniz road, which runs through the village of Ovacik. The shops and restaurants of this growing village are therefore within easy walking distance, whilst visits to the bustling market and harbour town of Fethiye, and to the stunning lagoon beach of Olu Deniz are easily accomplished using the frequent Dolmus services passing through. On the other hand, the villas are far enough from the road not to be affected by any noise, so that their location is as restful as it is convenient.
Deniz Villa & Villa Derin are twin villas with their own swimming pools (6 meters X 4 meters) and 1.80 meter deep.
Both Turkish Holiday villas are arranged on two levels, with a large terrace on the ground floor and two balconies off the upper floor. They offer similar accommodation, although the precise layouts vary. The ground floor of Villa Deniz comprises a living-dining area with an open-plan kitchen, a twin bedroom and a shower room with wc, and upstairs there is a double en-suite bedroom, and another small sitting area with a divan suitable for a child. In Villa Derin, both bedrooms (one double and one twin) are on the upper floor, together with a bathroom, whilst the ground floor consists of a living-dining room, a separate kitchen, and a shower room with wc.
Air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, modern appliances - including washing machine, dish washer, microwave and 22" Combo LCD TV with DVD player, I-Pod Docking, CD players and double sofa chair (166 cm) in the lounges are some of the modern conveniences that guests in both villas can enjoy, whilst handsome fireplaces and traditional Turkish design touches create a really cosy and homely feel. Each villa stands in a pretty garden and boasts its own swimming pool surrounded by wooden decking. Attractive mountain views can be enjoyed from the gardens, and each villa is provided with a portable barbecue, for those who wish to enjoy a leisurely lunch or dinner by the pool.
Both 2 bedroom Villa pool sides floor tiles has been replaced and all the bedrooms has been refurbished this winter. As soon as we get new pictures we will add them here.

One thing I need to point out: There is a strict music playing restriction in that area. All the bars who plays music have to turn off their music at 12:00 o clock midnight in the season because of Residential area. The Gendarmerie patrols all the time and checks music level in the bars.
