Paradise Beach Club 442 is proudly owned by ‘Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

Imagine yourself in beautiful sunny Florida, enjoying the beach, sounds of the ocean and the salt in the air from this gorgeous 3 bedroom, penthouse, direct oceanfront, N.E. corner unit. The views are second to none from this spectacular unit with large windows in the living and dining, master and guest bedrooms offering stunning ocean views.

Unit 442 is one of only two units in the entire building with a beautiful unique private outdoor sunroom with private hot-tub, to enjoy every second of your Florida vacation. The unit faces both the Northeast and Southeast giving you a truly breathtaking panoramic view of the sparkling ocean. There are two large private balconies.

The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed, large plasma TV and stunning views of the ocean. The second bedroom has a queen bed and beautiful ocean views. The third bedroom has two double beds, and there is a queen air mattress for additional sleeping accommodations (not a sofa sleeper). There is also free wireless internet available.

Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach. Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive.
