Description

1 bedroom/1 bath vacation condo for rent, 1 mile from Loon Mountain. Close to Clarks Trading Post and Whales Tales Water Park. The condo has a queen size Murphy bed in the living room and a king size bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, however, if you don't feel like cooking, we are within walking distance or a short drive to many restaurants. The condo is on the first floor with an outside and inside entrance, so you don't have to go through the lobby. The condo is self-catering (no daily maid service). You will have access to the Nordic Club Health club which offers an indoor heated pool; indoor and outdoor year-round Jacuzzis, Cardio machines; weight training room; dry saunas; racket ball court, Basket ball court and game tables. From our porch we have a view of Loon's new South Mountain trails. Free wireless internet access in unit and on site coin-op laundry facilities. Per the Condo Association rules pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed in the condo or on the porch. No Seasonal/Long term rentals.
