This luxury first floor apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances and sea views from all aspects. A modern and spacious open-concept combined living and dining room with walkout to a spacious balcony with stunning views of the beach. Within a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Here you can enjoy all sorts of activities. Whether you are looking for sunbathing, swimming, or searching for seashells with the children , this is the perfect place to unwind.
All restaurants are great value for money and include the best fish restaurant in the area where you can dine while watching the sunset over the ocean.
The city of Caldas da Rainha is less than a 10 minute drive or a bus ride away. Caldas has excellent shopping in open air markets and fashionable boutiques. Day to day shopping is easy as there are several hypermarkets.
Less than half an hour away is the world renowned Praia Del Rey 72 par golf course as well as the beautiful walled City of Obidos-- one of Portugal's most famous and beautiful historical sites.

There are many different activities that you could do. Here are just some ideas:
Swimming in the lagoon or the sea (both the lagoon and the sea can have strong currents so as always children need watching – in the summer months the life guards put up green (safe for bathing) , yellow (paddling/ caution) or red flags (stay out of the sea/danger).

“Apartment is everything the ad says and more.”
The apartment was very clean and comfortable, it felt like home, with all the amenities one could need. Complete kitchen for preparing meals for a couple, family or entertaining friends.We also found that the complex was very family friendly, therefore quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and the many sights that are within a short distance. The owner had recomended we see the Medival Fair at Obidos during our stay and we were able to catch the last day. Well worth the visit. She had guides in the apartment with suggestions, maps etc. which were helpful since this was my first visit to Foz, but will definitely not be my last. The nearby view of the pool from the balcony would have been easy to keep tabs on our kids from the balcony if they had been with us on this visit. Very short walk to the beach made it easy to go back and forth between apartment several times a day. Whether it is for a relaxing vacation or a more active one involving water sports I would highly recommend this apartment.

“All around a great stay!!”
What a great trip! The place was spotless and met all our needs (family of 4). Kitchen was clean and well equipped, never had the sense of missing anything. Rooms were warm and cozy (Portugal is a bit chiller in Feb). Bathrooms were clean and had heated floors (what a plus!!). And the views topped anything I've seen before. Being able to wake up, have my coffee in the morning, and looking out to the wide ocean was just breathtaking. It truly made me feels stress-free and able to really enjoy my vacation. The location was local to many great cities. Obidos is a must see! Licinia was also very helpful in providing recommendations on places to eat and visit that was fun and safe when traveling with small children. When not out, having tv and wi-fi was a bonus. Would definitely return and recommend to friends!! One of the few stays that I actually felt quite at home!! Highyly recommended!!
