First floor accommodation comprising open-plan kitchen/dining and sitting room, two bedrooms, bathroom/WC.

Fully equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and cafetiere. Sitting room has sofa, bookshelves, occasional tables, Freeview TV, DVD player, CD player and radio. There is a good selection of books and DVDs.

There is a master bedroom with king-size bed and TV, a small single bedroom, bathroom/WC. Linen and towels are provided.

On the ground floor there is an entrance lobby with adjoining utility, washing machine/dryer and freezer. All rooms are centrally heated.

A travel cot is available if required; this can be assembled in the main bedroom or sitting room. (Please note that for reasons of safety and hygiene this is supplied with a basic washable mattress. Guests should provide their own soft bedding) A stair gate is also available.

South-facing outdoor seating and dining area with lovely views over the Suffolk countryside. Table tennis.

Dedicated broadband connection with reliable wi-fi throughout the accommodation.

The barn was cozy and clean and had everything we needed. Mark was very welcoming and we appreciated the fresh flowers, biscuits, milk and wine that he left for us. Would definitely recommend.

Although accommodation "bijou" large enough for the two of us, we also had an extra adult staying for a couple of days. Hosts could not have been more helpful, and we were allowed to walk around all their "garden", a couple of acres in all! Slightly hesitant to recommend it only because we are worried if we were to try and book again it might be full!!!! Location very quiet and peaceful with good walks in the vicinity. Southwold and other "attractions" close by and easy to get to. Bill and Margaret

A lovely property, a home from home. Enjoy the peace, quiet, calm and tranquillity , while only 10 minutes' drive to the coast and beautiful Southwold. A warm welcome from the hosts. The only thing I missed was a proper shower, precluded by the shape of the roof. In all other respects, perfect.
