Located in a late 18th century building on the Kurrentgasse, a picturesque street a few steps from Judenplatz, arguably the nicest area of the historic centre, a UNESCO world heritage landmark. The whole area is pedestrian, including the Kurrentgasse, full with the nicest cafés and restaurants in Vienna. At the ground floor of the building you can enjoy the fresh products of the bakery Grimm, the oldest in Vienna!

The flat, on the second floor (third American) with elevator, is very spacious, 134m² (1450 sq.f.), and has 3 separate dedicated bedrooms, a big entrance-dining room, a living room (with a single bed) with high speed Internet and cable TV, as well as a really fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with walk-in shower) and a separate toilet. Note that all beds are real beds there is no bed-sofa in the apartment!

The entertainment center in the living room includes a 40” HDTV with 180 international TV channels and more than 50 radio stations, a CD/DVD/Bluray player and 2.1 stereo system with iPod dock, an extensive HD movie library including a large selection for children, a USB media player which will allow you to connect your hard drive and play your own music or video content, as well as a bookshelf with leaflets and books about Vienna and toys and games for children and adults.

Experience Vienna! This is certainly the biggest and finest apartment available in Vienna for short-term rentals. We have decorated it with all our heart and included some fine period furniture along with modern amenities for your comfort. This apartment won't just be "the place you stay while visiting Vienna", but an experience in itself, a part of your Vienna memories, something to write home about.

We meet all our guests for check-in by appointment (there is no reception desk). During check-in we explain the guests how things work and answer all questions. A support number is provided and our guests can call us every day (including Sundays and holidays) between 8am and 8pm. If there is any question or issue, we respond swiftly. We meet our guests at check-out to collect keys and check the apartment.

House rules

There is no reception in the building: Inform us of your arrival details, one week advance including flight number and provenance, train arrival time and provenance, estimated arrival time if you're with a car. If you don't have the information a week in advance or for last minute bookings, please let us know AT LEAST 48hours in advance.
For a late arrival at or after 21h (9pm) there is an extra fee of 40€ to be paid cash on arrival. After 24h, the fee is 60€.
