Description

This holiday home has 4 spacious bedrooms ,fitted kitchen with all modern appliances ;a washing machine, electrical oven and gas hob, microwave , electric kettle,toaster and Fridge/freezer and stand alone freezer . The house has a veranda with a secure wall perimeter fence and two gates . The lawn ground is with turf and tropical shrubs of flowers and coconut trees .

The house location is in prime area next to Ramada and Giraffe Ocean View Beach Hotels resorts, However Other North Beach Chains of Hotels White Sands, Jangwani Sea Breeze , Landmark Hotels , Beach Comba Hotels are within walking distances from the property.. The local shops and bars rare within easy reach along Africana Beach road . The Dar Es salaam City Centre is five miles away and accessible by either local Taxis service and mini buses ( Not recommended for the unadventurous)

Walking or Swimming along the Indian Ocean beach is safe. The resident housekeeper will guide and assist you while at the house.

Please be polite to the housekeeper and reward him/her appropriately for services such as ironing, shopping etc such services are not included in the rent of the house.

The visitors may use facilities in the neighboring Resort hotels such as Meals and drinks and swimming pools charged per local hotels tariffs. 24 hour Room service is available on request in Ramada and Giraffe View Ocean Resort hotels.

Recommended to use taxis when wanting to go to the city and other areas . Locally there are Bajaji ( Indian Tukutuku) that shuttle people from one spot to another at cheat price.

The property location is ideal for visitors wanting to relax and chill out in exotic tropical East Africa with White sandy beaches and warm water Indian Ocean. take a walk along the beach at sunrise or sunset makes you feel refreshed.Or sit down in afternoons under coconut trees and enjoy seeping a cold drink slowly and watch fishermen sail in canoes across calm blue ocean. East African food is a blend of Asiatic and African cuisine therefore its taste is unique ( neither hot or bland.)
