In a quiet environment, this Confortable house/villa of. 4844 sq ft. on landscaped garden of 27 000 sq ft with 344 sd ft swimming pool and big terace. Ideally located in a natural environment at only 0.62 mille from the sea and sandy beach. 5 bedroom each with private bathroom. 1 child room with 4 beds. Triple living room opening on to a summer terrace sitting area , kitchen, pantry, veranda, fireplace, air conditionning in all rooms. Cleaning after departure, linens and towels are provided. Power an water consumption are in extra price.
Personalized advices from the owner about things to do in the country. Possibilty organising thematic tour (wine, agriculture, hiking, patrimony, heritage).
Possibility to rent room for 2 peoples at specific weeks in the year.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
