The apartment is within walking distance (around 5-10 minutes) to the Ring Strasse, Parliament, Rathaus and other famous sights. Nearby there is a supermarket (1 minute) and an underground station (4 minutes).
In the near surrounding there are a lot of recommendable restaurants and cofeehouses.
The apartment is a part of an elegant old city-house, built around 1880. There is a parquet floor in the rooms, big doors, sunny and high rooms. The apartment is situated in the 3 rd floor with elevator.
The apartment (100m2) contains:
A large anteroom,
a living room,
sleeping room No. 1 (21 m2) with double bed + single bed,
sleeping room No. 2 (26 m2) with double bed (the two beds can be separated from each other),
a bath room with a big shower and a bath tub,
an separate WC with window
a fully equipped kitchen with a small place for dining (clothes washer in the kitchen).
All rooms are accessible from the ante room.

Response from the owner We don`t understand why we got this bad critique. Particular because not one of the statements meets the truth. We regret that Mrs. Hall did not feel well in our apartment, though we have a letter dated 30.11. of Mrs. Hall which sounds very good. Here you can read her letter.: „ Hi Detrick. We did have a nice day today. The apartment has been very nice to stay in, thank you. We will be departing tomorrow at 9:30 AM A driver is picking us up. It was nice to meet you and I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas! We loved Vienna and wish we could stay longer. My best wishes to you, Mary Hall. Please find below a short statement how we see the matter and why we do not think that the evaluation is the truth. The apartment is beautiful and rich equipped. The beds for two peoples were made. In the big wardrobe of the sleeping room there are enough additional blankets. The Apartment is in 250 m distance ( acc. Google) from the first district and very near to the sightseeing places. Every guest gets 20-30 min. information if he wishes it. Please find below the details. „We found the apartment to provide the basics.“ : They found beautiful, antiquite furniture in a spacious 100 m2 bright Apartment also equipped with paintings of famous painters. Beside thies they found fresh flowers and typical Viennese sweets as a present. „Our beds were not made up for two peoples“ : This is not true, but Mrs. Hall did not inform us that they like to sleep in different rooms. So I took one bedding with an extra sheet to the second sleeping room and prepared the bed. During my work the Ladies took further sheets ( alltogether they had 4 sheets ) and further 5 towels ( alltogether 9 towels) without any question. All these strange things happened without any discussion of my side. „ The apartment is kind of far from the district one.“ The aprtment is 250 m ( 4 min. by foot) far of the border of district one and in a distance of 550 m ( 8 min. by foot ) from the parliament. The most interesting sight seeing places are nearer to our apartment than from some adresses in the first district. ( examine by google ) „We required more information „ I inform every guest 20-30 min. about Vienna and the apartment - of course also Mrs. Hall and friend. The Ladies did not show great interest in my explanations, but there is also a map with the most important items regarding sightseeing , supermarkets , restaurants and the apartment. Beside this exists an open cupboard with a lot of information- material about Vienna in the anteroom. Let us speak another guest, which was in the apartment one month later. They sent us a letter : „We especially enjoyed your wonderful apartment and the warm welcome you gave as well as all of the very useful information to ensure we were able to have a wonderful experience of Vienna
