Description
This spacious studio is situated in 1/2 acre of peaceful gardens with its own private entrance and your own car park. This fully self contained Garden Studio accommodates two people comfortably with a King size bed, en-suite, kitchen and lounge area. We daily feed kookaburras as well as king parrots and many other birds in our garden. This is also an ideal location for overseas visitors who want to experience all facets of Melbourne's attractions both city and rural.
Geographically this large studio is in close proximity to the city being only a 30 minute freeway trip. Our local areas also offer a range of activities, Warrandyte village where gold was discovered in the 1850's, the nearby Yarra river with picnic spots and walking paths and the State parkland full of our natural wildlife, kangaroos, echidnas, kolas and many others. The Yarra Valley with its many wineries and restaurants is close by as is the Dandenong ranges with its many attractions. The Mornington Peninsula with its many coastal and rural attractions is less than an hour away on a freeway.
