Parking - Reserved parking space for two vehicles (one behind the other) in the development`s own secure car park (max height 2m / 6ft 6ins).

Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.

Technology - Fast fibre optic WIFI. Flatscreen 55 inch Smart TV in living room. BluRay DVD. Blue tooth sound bar/speaker. Playstation 2. Smart 32ins TV in master bedroom and further TVs in bedroom 2 and 3.

Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.

PLEASE NOTE - Façade works are currently being undertaken in this block and scaffolding is being erected with a white netting cover over the top floor apartments which will obscure views. Panorama is presently unaffected by scaffold or views out from the property as works are presently not scheduled to start around this apartment until after summer 2022. If schedules are updated and work does commence sooner immediately outside then a gesture will be made for all new bookings. (Information updated 11 May 2022).
