Condo Azul has a magnificent 2nd floor view of beautiful Playa Potrero, the Catalina Islands and Flamingo, offering 24 hr security. The large windows and balcony flood the condo with light and provide front row seating for Playa Potrero's incredible sunsets. A fully equipped kitchen greets you with all new stainless steel appliances and gorgeous Brazilian granite counter tops. A brand new bathroom ensuite includes travertine stone walls, seamless glass shower door and granite vanity. A second guest bathroom has also been updated. Room darkener shades in both bedrooms allow for a restful night's sleep, so that you can enjoy every waking moment of this paradise! Once you step out of your door, you can walk to local grocery stores, an outdoor fresh fruit and vegetable market...plus restaurants, bars, yoga on the beach, sailing club with boat rentals, excursions and live entertainment! You are also a 5 minute drive to village shopping areas, tours, excursions, banks, restaurants and souvenir shops in Flamingo. Nearby you will also find golf and tennis. Enjoy the ocean waves,cool breezes and breathtaking sunsets on Playa Potrero....a tranquil paradise is waiting for you!

“All wonderful - great accomadations- clean and spacious. The view to the pacific is spectacular!”
This condo is beach front on playa Potrero in Guanacaste. There are wonderful restaurants and stores within walking distance. Many other beaches are accessible within a short drive.
