Description

Lakehouse Holiday Home is a Perfect Place for Families ,Small groups ,Ladies only travelers who are looking for safe and homely place to stay close to mall Road

It is just above Mall road and provides UNOBSTRUCTED PANORAMIC VIEW of the Lake and Mountains. It is accessible to Shops ,Restaurants ,Bus Stop ,Hospitals etc yet so peaceful and away from noise and crowd.

The house can be reached via moto rable road ( 2 min drive ) and 55 steps downwards.We do not have any private parking .Driver's accommodation is not available.Guests are requested to park in municipal parking next to the lake (half km from the residence)

Alternatively you can also reach directly from Mall Road using stairs next to the hotels .There are 150 steps which directly leads to the house. .You can hire a potter to carry your luggage if you are coming directly from mall Road

There are two FAMILY SUITES.Each suite is furnished with simplicity and is spacious enough for a family of 4 .There are two such units & max 10 Guests can be accommodated .

The suites are neat and clean and provides complete privacy to the guest .Each suite opens to the view of the lake and mountain.

Kitchen for self cooking available for guests for long stay only and is chargeable. We serve honecoked North Indian Food and LOCAL CUISINES on chargeable basis.Guests are requested to let us know in adavance.

Housekeeper resides in the premise for daily housekeeping and assists the guest.

We would have really appreciated if you had made us aware of shortcomings of our homestay like door latch or daily Housekeeping issue, sink problem etc during your stay so that we could have taken timely action to make your stay more comfortable. Pramod is available full time for any assistance that guest might require. We usually give first floor suite to the guests which have longer stay as it has more privacy but as already Informed to you of first floor being booked by other guests and you were allocated ground floor for rest of the days. The stairs which leads to the house belongs to the municipality and is cleaned and maintain by them . weekly cleaning is done by them. since it's a common stairs used by hotels and other residential unit there is not much that is possible at our level. We ensure regular cleaning of the guest rooms . We have communicated the feedback to our staff and will ensure better services in future. Thanks and Regards Anju
