Beautiful River Front 2 Bedrooms/ 2 bath with garden Hot Tub in master bedroom.. Priceless huge Porch overlooking the Little Tennessee River in Franklin,NC. King size posterpedic mattresses in each bedroom. Big kitchen loaded with everything needed to enjoy cook a gourmet meal.. Living area has 2 Plush Leather recliners and Flat TV .TV in Master bedroom as well. High Speed Internet and Cable available. The cabin grounds are Riverfront. You can fish from the back yard. Beautiful river area to just sit and enjoy the slow moving sounds of this amazing river. Fire pit for roasting smores, etc Enjoy the Private Visitor Area a couple of acres down where guests can swim or fish in the river. Also this area can be used for tubes and kayaks .Cabin is 5 miles down the road to 5 Major Gem Mines. Centrally located and easy to get to most Smoky Mountain Attractions. Cabin has central heat and A/C and fans. Laundry room with washer and dryer .Gas grill on porch.This cabin is a Dream cabin. Where can you find a porch this big overlooking the Beautiful Little Tennessee River in the Mountains. And did I mention Master suite Hot Tub???

I am so glad that you had a great time.Thank you for leaving the cabin so clean.I think I will have to reword the what to do upon departure details. I never meant for you to have to vacuum or do a thorough cleaning. But just to leave it in good condition.Starting a wash before you leave is what you probably will have to do wherever you stay. I have in the past have had guests come and move all the furniture around and leave it that way. thats what was meant by leave it as you found it.So again, Thanks and please come back again. Vacations should be a peaceful time with no added stress.

I traveled to this area to meet up with family from Florida. I was very disappointed in our beds. We did not sleep well. I think they are past needed replaced.

Response from the owner I am so sorry that you did not sleep well. No one has ever mentioned that the bed was uncomfortable. Actually, most guests say they sleep like babies here in the Mountains.I went and checked these 2 king beds today.I found one to be in great shape and the other did seem somewhat soft. We just got finished applying a 4 inch mattress topper and it seems better than ever. I hope you can come back again and give it another try.

How do damage deposits work?

If Belinda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
