Master bath with Jacuzzi tub, 2 car garage can be your home away from home. Gated community with club house, , Pools and lounging area, Tot lot, basketball courts and bike paths . You can barbque on the grill outside and enjoy some drinks in your covered terrace with Tiki torches like if you were on your own private island. Stove , microwave, dishwasher,refrigerator and washer and dryer. House has been newly remodeled.

House rules

This is a residential great private community. Guest must follow community rules example no loud parties or any behavior that would disturb the neighbors. No large truck, buses, or any vehicles that do not fit in the garage or in the driveway that block sidewalk. Any vehicles that blocks sidewalk wont be permitted on the property. Luggage needs to be unloaded inside the garage. Smoking is not allowed in the house but is allowed outside in terrace. Thank You in advance for your compliance.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Mari (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
