The building has security cameras and intercom for 24 hours a day. The first floor is a cozy "lobby" and you can enjoy the pool, gym and sauna.

The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped , both have hot water .
The bedroom has a full bed , bedside tables and wardrobe.
There are sheets and towels , shampoo and soap available to the host.
neighborhood :
This apartment is located in a very quiet street , between avenues Arenales and Arequipa , the main street of the city, which connects directly to the historical center of Lima and Miraflores ( 5 minutes).
Near the building you will find the following attractions , Water Park , Exposition Park , Museo de Arte de Lima Mali, Museum of Italian Art, Metropolitan Central Station .
Next door is a small grocery store for last minute shopping . A few minutes walk are banks , ATMs , Starbucks and Kfc .
