Combining all the best ideas from America’s greatest cities, it’s an exciting, self-contained area with everything you could ask for in a vacation destination. With Wyndham Vacation Resorts at National Harbor, you can settle in and enjoy the neighborhood or use the resort as a springboard for experiencing the best of our nation’s capital.

National Harbor features outdoor activities such as a culinary festival and outdoor concerts by local artists. The site includes a beachfront walk path and a connection to a bike trail on the Woodrow Wilson Bridge that crosses into Alexandria, Virginia.

Whether guests enjoy a season-long slip rental or an overnight stay, all have access to the marina's first-class amenities, hook ups and fueling station.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
