Welcome to my BRAND NEW APARTMENT :-))

This apartment has is my latest apartment that I start advertising mid April 2014. I have named it Apt. 7 even though I have an Apt. 8 which is older than this one. The reason is that Apt. 1 to Apt. 7 have the same address: Pillergasse 15-17. And Apt. 8 is located on the address Neustriftgasse 10-12. Just to make it easier to keep track!

I want my guests to have every service they could wish for. That is why I also provide 2 Austrian mobile phones for each apartment so my guest can avoid expensive roaming charges during the stay. In addition: all phones calls made within Austria are free of charge!!

The apartment has high speed wireless internet (WLAN) and if you do not want to bring your own computer, there is a laptop available in the apartment to access internet.

This particular apartment consists of kitchen, living room, two bedrooms sleeping 6 in total, bathroom with shower and WC, and one additional separate WC. It is modern, fully furnished and equipped with a big flat screen TV, iPod docking station, DVD and CD player, washing machine with a dryer function, dish washer, microwave, iron, iron board, hair-dryer etc.

A wide range of DVDmovies are available for relxing in the evening.

Two extra mattresses can be provided to sleep two additional children.

The apartment is located next to Austria's most visited tourist attraction: Schönbrunn Palace, with its lovely Imperial Gardens and famous Zoo. Furthermore, the apartment is directly on underground line U4 (Meidling Hauptstrasse) which takes you to the heart of the city in only 5 stops (i.e. less than 10 min). A number of super markets and shops are available in the area surrounding the apartment.

As the owner I will be available during your stay to answer any questions you may have. It is my aim that you feel comfortable and well taken cared of. Please note that the apartment can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights.
