Home was completely redone in 2010. Great room with IKEA kitchen outfitted for entertaining. Large screened lanai + BBQ patio + dock all furnished with tables and 6 chairs and ready to dine or just relax. Home has beautiful "beachy" décor thru-out. 2 bicycles, beach chairs and coolers are available for your use. 2min drive to the beach.

Palm Coast is on the 'quiet' side of Florida, but you will not be lacking in things to do. 6 great golf courses, top notch tennis club, 20 miles of pristine beach, many ocean front dining opportunities. Shopping and grocery stores minutes away. The gorgeous historical city of St Augustine is 22 miles to the north, Daytona Beach is 22 miles to the south, Orlando is 80 miles. Airports serving this area are Orlando, Jacksonville and Daytona Beach. In Florida the idea is to be outdoors...you're only steps away from any place in this home! You have a large screened porch with table, 6 chairs and flat screen TV, a patio with table, 6 chairs and a bbq grill, and a 24 ft dock with benches for relaxing, fishing and watching the sunset!

How do damage deposits work?
