Description

Enjoy this spacious home on the Monomoy River with glimpses of Pleasant Bay. Recently renovated, our home boasts a gourmet kitchen with granite counters, 6 burner Wolf cooktop and Sub Zero refrigerator and wine frig . Extra bonus: a second dishwasher and frig in the laundry room offof the kitchen! The kitchen opens to a deck perfect for al fresco dinners watching the sunset. Gas grill is connected to the natural gas line so no worries about running out of propane! Remote control awnings can cover the deck for some cool shade while you read a book in the hammock. Living room and family room both feature wide screen TVs with surround sound in the living room. The master suite features a king size bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress. Master bath has a jacuzzi tub. An additional bedroom on this level has a queen size bed and most guests say they have never slept better than in this room. Downstairs is a family room with a wet bar and sliders to the backyard. There are two additional bedrooms on the lower level. One bedroom has a king size bed and view of the river. The last bedroom is a large “bunk” room with 3 single beds plus a trundle. Perfect for children or teenagers with friends. There is a full bath on this level, too. All bedrooms on both levels are air-conditioned and there is a remote unit in the living room.Outside, the outdoor architecturally designed shower has a view, too. When you do decide to leave this little slice of paradise, you can walk to Jackknife Beach or take a short drive into town to enjoy all that Chatham has to offer from our home. Available for full weeks only.

How do damage deposits work?
