Beautiful beaches, great local attractions and great outdoor activities awaits you! 

The house is a 8 to 10 minutes walk from one of the nicest beaches in Santa Cruz. All attractions in Santa Cruz and Capitola are either a walk or a short bike ride away (the house is on a bike trail).

The house has:

Great place. With all the basics needed. Very kid friendly. Great private backyard. Loved the wood floors easy to wipe up after kids . Living room had Netflix. ;)

How do damage deposits work?

If Sawsan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
