Description
2 level modern house - 3 bedrooms - 1 king, 1 queen, 2 singles - and 2 bathrooms. Open plan living, dining, kitchen. Kitchen has large fridge, oven and dishwasher. Washing machine also available. High speed wifi, TV including satellite TV included. A scooter can be arranged for a daily fee.
The house is in a beautiful setting looking over a rice field. Experience local village life. Great beaches are only 3 km away. Colombo is approximately 2 hours by the highway to Matara and Ude Walawe National Park is an easy one and half hours away.
Upstairs - king size bed, living area and balcony. Bathroom with separate shower and bath. Downstairs - queen size bedroom, 2 single beds and desk in other bedroom, modern bathroom. Comfortable living area and great kitchen with black granite benchtops. Kitchen looks over the rice farm.
Outside is a verandah where guests can sit and relax and read. An enclosed garden area is also available for sitting in the sunshine or playing games such as badminton. There is also a recently completed swimming pool to cool off.
Next door is a gym with a cross trainer and some basic gym equipment for those wishing to keep fit!
The house has an automatic generator.
Self catering available and some local Sri Lankan cooking is available. Shopping can be undertaken for guests upon request for small additional cost. Day tours with car and driver can also be arranged to places such as Ude Walawa National Park, whale watching at Mirissa and Galle Fort.
You will enjoy this very relaxing location!!
