This 700 sq, ft. Guest House is located approx. 6 miles of downtown Nashville. It is situated over a detached two-car garage on a beautiful treed acre lot and surrounded by seasonal blooming flowers. Decorated with antiques and stainless steel/granite in the kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout.

The living room has a gas fireplace .The bedroom has a queen size bed with a 40" TV and a walk-in closet. Satellite TV and Internet access are also included.

Please do not apply for booking if you are a smoker.....non-smokers only may stay.

If Vickie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
