Romantic caribbean villa with pool, tropical garden, 65 meters from the beach.

We have the perfect tropical house for you in the most beautiful area of the Dominican Republic with 24/7 electricity which is a necessity in Las Terrenas due to regular powercuts. The peninsula de Samana has the most beautiful sand beaches and palm trees, it is the greenest region in the country.

In Las Terrenas there is a large international community. Our house (10 pers.) is 1,5 km from the village centre with great restaurants, bars and other options to go out (20 mins by foot).

Situated in a tropical garden (700m2) with a private pool, bbq, wooden deck with 10 pool chairs. A big covered terrace with a dining table and bar. Separate bungalow with 6 beds and bathroom with WC.

The pool lies in between the two houses.

WiFi internet and cable TV.

All 4 bedrooms have airco and ceiling fans.

A day- and a night guard are continuously at your disposal, they clean the beach and will put the beach chairs on the beach.

Daily cleaning, pool man 2x per week, gardner 1x per week.

24/7 ELECTRICITY!!!!

Cook available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.(15,35,50usd excluding ingredients,inclusive for shopping.

At your demand the fridge will be stocked upon arrival.

Car space for one big or two small cars.Other cars can be securely parked nearby.

We have a location manager at your disposal.

Price depends on the number of guests.

No extra taxes.

Payments in euro are also possible.

The cost of international bank transfers are at the expense of the tenant.
